Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer service team at customer.support@luxeclothingsco.in to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Prepare Your Return:
- Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible.
- Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Ship Your Return:
- Ship the package to the following address: M9/7, Aishwarya Colony, Indira Nagar, Adyar, Chennai / TN - 600020
Refunds:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
